Can RNY's or any of us for that matter take appetite suppresants?

ie, dexatrim natural or something to that effect? I know this sounds crazy, but my appetite is too much. RNY 4/21/01 start at 298 currently 165lbs. I cannot get these last 15 lbs off for anything. Thank you!
