I AM A PRE-OP TYPE 2 DIABETIC AND WHENEVER MY BLOOD SUGAR

GETS TO LOW I EITHER EAT SOMETHING HIGH IN CARBS (SUGAR)TO BRING IT BACK UP AND I AM GOING TO HAVE A RNY AND I KNOW THAT CARBS AND SUGARS CAUSE PEOPLE TO DUMP. I KNOW THE CHANCES ARE GOOD THAT MY DIABETES MAY BECOME BETTER OR GO AWAY AFTER I LOSE SOME OF THE WEIGHT. BUT MY QUESTION IS WHEN I AM A NEW POSTIE AND IF I GET A LOW BLOOD SUGAR, WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO DO IF I EAT A CARB (SUGAR) THEN I WILL PROBABLY DUMP WHICH I GATHER IS NOT PLEASANT BUT NEITHER IS A LOW BLOOD SUGAR AND IF MY BLOOD SUGARS GETS TO LOW THEN IT BECOMES A LIFE AND DEATH MATTER THEN. CAN ANYONE ANSWER PLEASE, I WAS PLANNING ON ASKING DR BUT I THOUGHT I WOULD ASK YOU GUYS ALSO, SINCE PROBABLY SOMEONE HAS BEEN THERE.
