Am i eating too much for being almost 4 months out? Staple line disruption?

I seem to be eating a lot both quantity and frequently. Today I had a slice of toast and an ounce of cashews for breakfast. For lunch I had a Taco Bell super taco and a serving of pintos and beans (isn't that a lot to be able to hold at this point?). This afternoon I had 4 saltines and peanut butter and a protein shake. Then 2 sugar free graham crackers. Then tonight I had a protein shake and 4 fudgesicles. Also had a can of V-8 juice. Thanks. I've ben hungry all day and not satisfied. Also, i hear and feel a lot of gurgling in my stomach and am wondering if I have a staple line disuption?
