Anyone 50 years + with previous Heart Bypass Surgery who was successful with WLS?

I had my Open RNY 03-07-02 and have done so well that my mother is seriously considering the surgery. The only thing that concerns either of us is her heart. She underwent a QUADRUPLE bypass in 1988 and is concerned that her heart may give her some trouble while on the operating table. She will be seeing her cardiologist tomorrow, but I was just wondering if there were anyone who has had a similar experience and been okay with WLS.
