Obesity related feminine odor... for women only!

I may be going veyr personal here, but I am pre-op and have a problem. As being obese, there is fat everwhere that skinny people do not have. One of those places being on the folds by the pubic area. I also have stress incontinence that attributes to this, but I am looking to see if anyone else has this problem and if I can get something to help get rid of the odor. I have trie the feminine wipes and spray, but they just mask it and do not seem to help. I was everyday and it just seems to help for a little while. Can someone who possibly has this proble let me know what I can do to remedy it? I would be forever grateful. Thank you.
