I wanted to ask anyone who has Dr. Bolar for a surgeon and who also has BC/BS Federal

I wanted to know how Dr. Bolar handles those with BC/BS Federal insurance now that they don't preauthorize these surgeries. Does he require payment before at all or does he see that this insurance usually does pay? Any answers would be great appreciated.
