What types of food cause dumping?

I understand that pure refined sugar will cause dumping with the rny. What other foods will cause dumping? How do carbs affect you...bread, pasta rice? How about things like sugar free pudding? I am waiting on approval from my ins company and have chosen to have the rny. But I have many..many questions...even after my counsultation.
