Is there anyone here who never vomits?

I have not vomitted once since this surgery. Recently, I have been getting the full signal. Today was the first day I ate bread (one small soft taco shell from Lunchables). I ate it with diced chicken and I got very full. I was uncomfortable and what to vomit to relieve some of the discomfort. I went into the bathroom and tried to vomit. I heaved a few times, but didn't bring up any food. I was still uncomfortable and had to wait till it passed about 20 minutes. Anyone else have this happen? Anyone here who never vomitted (from WLS).
