What is the bcbs best plan to choice from in western pa

I had health assurance ppo, but out of the blue I got cancelled. When I had that insurance I was told that I had to get a phyc. and nutritial evaluation. Plus recent 3 supervised diet.That seemed such a pain, but I was willing to do anything to have my insurance apprroved.Now that I don't have that insurance no more I am in a position that I can pick insurances.I am self employed so I can pick a group or indivial. I was planning on picking blue choice ppo. Does anyone have any recommdation for insurance in western PA. I perfer that I don't have to go through all those procedures before I get approved. My very first apointment is aug. 16 so I have a little bit of time.
