My husband is a disabled Veteran

My husband is a disabled veteran. and he gets all his medical Care from the VA I was told once that being the wife of a veteran that is 60% that I can get medical care through the VA (they sometimes cover the surgery) but I cannot find any info even on VA websites, We have been married 5yrs now and the VA in Portland Oregon and OSHU where I hope to have my surgery work together on things can anyone help with some answers calling the VA is hard especially the first part of the month because so many is trying also to call them I have not see much on this website about veterans and the VA
