How to adjust?
Ive recently been put on another shift at work. I am now on 3rd. My whole routine seems to be screwed up. Im afraid I wont be able to stick to my regimen of water, protein, etc. because of this change. Its just seems harder to get in the swing of the new routine. Have any of you had this problem, and how did you adjust? Did it take extra measures to make sure you still did what you were supposed to? Thanks!
