Does anyone know of a doctor or hospital that will accept Care Entree Plan?

I recently joined Care Entree because my husband's insurance does not cover surgery.It is supposed to be a medical discount plan, but I'm having trouble finding a doctor who does the surgery that will accept it.Has any one in Ohio had the surgery & used Care Entree?
