This may be a silly question but.....
I understand that we don't absorb B-12 through the pouch so it is better for us to take the B-12 Sublingual. Do we actually absorb the multi-vitamin? Shouldn't we use a liquid multi-vitamin? Are there any good ones? Is anyone using a liquid multi-vit, did you start out with the tablet first and then go to the liquid? Just something I started to think about! thanks for all your help
