Anyone have any info on either pre-WLS panniculectomy or combination RNY/panni?

I've asked about this before....my surgeon has recommended a combination RNY/panniculectomy (scheduled for 4/4/02), and I am just looking for any info I can get on the panni and what it entails pre-weight loss. BTW, my pannus is Grade 3/4 and I am approx. 440 and 5'11" (age 30). Thanks!
