Simple or Complex?
I am 5 months out and totally understand the need for less carbs in my diet, if I want this to work. My question is... is it good to get simple carbs in, as in fruit? I know bananas are full of carbs, and I love them, but, I am really afraid to eat them. I like to keep carbs at a minimal daily amount. If I should be doing the fruit, how much in a day? Bread doesnt agree with me, and I sure do miss it, but, I cant eat it. Rice and pasta I can handle, but, I still stay away from them. When I do eat them, I keep it to maybe 1/4 cup. I know its useless food, we get nothing from it. Help me understand my needs for carbs. Thanks!
