Why am I getting cramps so badly?

Hi guys, this is obviously not the best topic but, I dont understand whats going on with me. One week I'll be constipated, and the next I'll have diarhea. And I have really bad cramping from gas, that will not "come out". This is really annoying, and painful might I add. Any ideas guys? Thanx!
