Has anyone purchased insurance just for this surgery?

I have researched this surgery for almost a year now, and i came to the conclusion that medical assistance probably won't pay for it so i shopped around and finnaly i applied on 2/16/02 for bc/bs carefirst,i'm just afraid they won't pay for it either because i've already asked my doctor about this surgery and i've been seeing a nutritionist for a month now. please respond i don't know what else to do i am at 334lbs & unemployeed because i can't physically endure working only alternative is to apply for disablity at the age of 27. PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!
