How do you prevent your thighs from
I'm posting anonomously because I'm kind of embarrased about this. I'm 8 months post RNY and I lost a little over 100 lbs. so far. I have alot more energy and can walk fast and lively, and I'm grateful for that, but the only problem is when I walk fast my inner thighs "clap" together with a loud noise. I know better but it could sound like a fart to other people and I am extremely embarrased when it happens. I guess I've got some saggy skin there from the weight loss. Are there girdles for thighs?! Just to note, this happens when I'm wearing a skirt, which I do for work. And instead of pantyhose, I wear knee-high hose as my skirts are past the knee so nobody knows I'm wearing knee-highs. I can't wear pantyhose because they rub on my inner thighs and give me those painful red bumps. Not to mention the stupid things never stay up; they're always riding down throughout the day so that by the end of the day, the crotch part is down to my knees. REALLY aggravating! So, what, if anything, can I do to stop that clapping, other than a thigh lift since I'm only 8 months post-op and only half way through my weight loss? Sorry if this sounds so trivial.
