Can all the CANADIAN ladies answer this for me?

Hey guys, I'm asking this specifically because I'll have a better chance at actually finding it where I live.....what vitamins or/and chewable multi-vitamins do you recommend, and where did you buy them? This would help me greatly because I have my surgery in 2 weeks and I haven't boughten any yet. Thanks a bunch! :)
