How long after surgery did you get a hernia or a leak?

I was just wondering, for everyone out there who has had a hernia or a leak,.....how long after surgery did you get this. Basically what I'm trying to determine is, when abouts someone should consider themselves out of risk for these complications. Thanx a bunch! HAVE A NICE DAY!
