Insurance doesn't cover RNY. How do I get insurance to cover Endoscopy?

What is the test for... to determine what? I don't think I have an "honest" reason for having the test done. I know a couple of Gastro. MD's, so having one done shouldn't be a problem but my insurance IS going to pay for this, if nothing else. What reason should I give for needing the test?
