Once Approved What can I expect?

I have been approved for a tummy tuck. My surgeon is going to make 3 cuts, two that v down from my chest and one long one around my pubic area. He plans to pull the loose skin together from my sides and then down and remove it and also to recreate my belly button. I currently weigh 145 and am a size 8. I am 5"4" How much can I expect to loose weight wize and what about size, will this change? I know I won't look 18 again, but what is realistic? I am very excited, scheduled for January 29th, but am hoping I am not hoping for too much.
