Has anyone experienced numbness that comes and goes in the middle of their back?

I am almost 4 months post-op, RYN and have lost 68 LBS. I have had this numbness in the middle of my back for almost a month now. Sometimes it is really numb, the area is about the size of an apple. I would appreciate any helpful comments.
