My surgeon is leaving for vacation right after my surgery. During my

hospital stay I will be checked on by another surgeon at the BTC. I have known this since my surgery date was scheduled, but now that it is getting closer, it is bothering me. How important is it for my own surgeon to be available during my hospital stay? Should I reschedule?
