Which is more WLS-friendly - Aetna or BCBS PPO?

I now have Aetna, but can elect BCBS through open enrollment right now. From what I remember, it seems more people have problems with BCBS. Is that correct? What about surgeries afterwards (i.e., tummy tuck, breast lift, etc.)?
