Plastic surgery for your thighs?!

Okay, I think after I lose all the weight that I want, I might have to get my thighs tightened up. But, what I want to know is, do they make the incision on the inner thigh, and if so, how the heck to you WALK?!?! LOL - Any responces will be helpfull. LOL Thanks. :)
