70 cm bypassed, will I be successful in the long run?

Hi Everyone. I would like to hear from people that have had approx. 70 cm bypassed RNY. I have been reading up and it seems that this is a small amount to bypass, and small amounts cause necessity for a revision. My surgeon bypasses this amount on all of his patients. Have you lost the weight quickly, or slower than expected? Reached goal? And if you have reached goal, has it been a struggle to keep it off? Thanks for any input :)
