Has anyone ever heard of or used......

the "non-insurance" type healthcare program or a medical savings benefit provider? It says the costs of surgery is reduced as well as RX's. the cost is only $50 a month for a family, and that makes me skeptical in itself as to how good it is. Does anyone have any information?
