What exactly do I put on the bracelet?

If I go to the pet store to have a med. bracelet done, what exactly do I put on it? ALSO, I've been having diarrhea for 2 days now. Can anyone offer any suggestions? I am Post op 2 weeks. I see my surgeon this Wednesday. I don't know if its that gallbladder medication or the vitamin B12 that he prescribed. I do plan to tell him about the diarrhea when I see him Wed. but I am suffering with cramps so bad when it comes. Thanks so much for any answers that you supply. Thanks, Darline
