Has anyone had easy and long-lasting bruising post op?

I am starting to get concerned. I am 6 months post op. When I first had my surgery, I was given heparin shots in my abdomen and I STILL have those bruises! I also went on a trip in June and bruised my leg in several places on a speed boat and I still have those bruises also and they are black and blue. I admit I haven't been taking my iron as much as I should...but I went and had blood tests done and they said my labs came back normal. Has anyone else had this problem?
