Does anyone have any experience with CIGNA PPO of KS/MO?

OK! So, the time to change insurance companies is coming up in October and I'm going to try our Cigna PPO plan. I tried calling Cigna to find out if there is a written exclusion, but they referred me to my companies HR website. So, I read that and there's nothing the specifically excludes WLS. So, here I go again. Does anyone have any experience with Cigna PPO of KS/MO? If so, I'd love to hear your experiences. We, also, have a Cigna Indemnity Plan, so maybe I should just go for that instead of having to deal with a PPO? The new plan won't take affect until January 2002, do I have to wait until then to try for pre-approval even though, I'll still have Healthnet coverage?
