Batwings & Wrinkled Thighs - any hope without PS?
I have had two surgeries (VBG in 97 converted to RNY proximal in 5/00). The skin on my arms, thighs, and stomach is horribly wrinkled. Plastic surgery is not a financial option for me at this time nor is joining a gym. Is there any hope of toning some of this mess up before summer doing excercises at home? If so, what excercises are best for the arms and inner thighs? I am pretty much at goal weight and feel really good about myself (with my clothes on) but cannot bear the thought of summer, sleeveless tops, shorts, bathing suits etc. The stomach I can hide somewhat but not the other parts.
