Blue Cross Blue Shield- Health Select Plus.....

I am having trouble with my insurance they are saying my insurance won't cover the surgery, i have Blue Cross Health select plus, someone please help!!!!!! Can anyone help me? Any lawyers out there? Health-Select Plus????
