Am I done at a year?

Hey guys, I am a year post op and down from 278 to 160ish. I am 5' 7". I havent lost any weight for a month now. Am I done? I have been eating some carbs lately..cookies and goldfish.. is it possible to lose weight at the year mark or is this it?
