Since the WLS I have been eating mostly chicken, turkey, fish, etc...

and rarely eat beef. Anyway, I made some chili and used ground turkey instead of beef....well...lets just say I don't think I will be doing that again. :) It's edible, but I think I'm just use to making the chili with beef, and the turkey just doesn't cut it. All in all, it taste ok, but there is an after taste due to the use of the turkey. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I can do to cut this after taste? I'd appreciate any help.
