Any lap RNYs with a subcutaneous seroma?
Yesterday, I woke early to discover a lump beneath one of my closed (lap) incisions. I was fearful of either an abscess or an incisional hernia, but the doctor said it was a seroma and may leak out or self-absorb. Would it reopen an already-closed incision? It's not painful, just uncomfortable at my (now-shrinking) waistline.
