I'm 10 days post-op, open rny. I woke up during the night with severe abdominal

cramping. It was like a balling up type pain. It then went into diarrhea (sp?). It is now 10 hrs. later and I continue with the abd. cramping although it has somewhat lessened. It's now intermitten cramping and the diarrhea has slowed down. I feel so very very weak. Please help. Has anyone experienced this before? Thanks for your input.
