Wondering what EXACTLY they do

Could someone please tell me, specifically, what they do for a breast "lift"? I'm looking at Carnie Wilson in Playboy and she has nice firm breasts that are in the right place. Doesn't seem as though she has implants...I'm wondering what that process is. Thanks in advance.
