i feel like i,m not going to reach my goal i have a hard time eating and make bad

food choices sometime. i try and be mindful of fats and sugars. i would like a specefic diet of what to eat for break lucnh and dinner in order to be succesful i do water areboics 2 to 3 time a week my current loss is 50lbs in 11 weeks. is goal attainable with bad food choices it started at 334 and want to gwt to 160. onya
