Is it possible to loose all my weight if I have a trickle from my pouch to my stomach

I have been through a lot of post op complications. And hate the thoughts of going through it again. I am glad I had the surgery, but have been stalled at 75 lbs. loss for 2 wks.. 4-12-03 will be 5 mos. thanks sherri
