I'm Pre-op and I'm having trouble with

I was wondering if anyone could tell me what this is...the rotten egg breath and this nasty gas...from both ends..sorry to be crude! It's a weird horrible pressure when I'm lying down and when I sit up ..there's this weird rumbling feeling followed by this horrific belch that tastes like rotten eggs(not that I would know what they taste like!) It's like something has fermented in my stomach. What is this and should I see my Dr. about it? I'm in the process of getting approved for Open Rny.
