I'm seeking information from St.Vincent's Carmel (Indiana) UHC Open RNY Patients

If I'm lucky enough to find someone else fitting the description of who I need to ask this question..yea!!! I would like to know how much I can expect to pay out of pocket for Open RNY at St. Vincent's Carmel with United Health Care PPO at 80/20(I think!!) I've read some people only having to pay $150.00(a dream come true ..let me tell ya!) I'd just like to get an idea of how much I can expect to be shelling out for this very important surgery. I think I have a cap of $2000. I'll also be calling United Health Care to ask specifically but I swear someimes when you get to talking to the insurance company about this stuff, it's like a foreign language...and they expect you to know what the heck they're talking about!!!
