How do I find a PCP in the Kaiser System who is sympathetic to WLS?

I have Kaiser of No CA. Aside from going from doctor to doctor how do I locate a PCP who is sympathetic to WLS? My current doctor doesn't want to discuss weight loss with me because he says there are numerous resources outside of Kaiser to achieve that goal & that I just need to pick one and stick with it. I am 49 yrs old and have been "dieting" since I was 9! This doctor has seen me numerous times due to knee injuries I've incurred through exercising and he has warned me that exercise is not a viable way to lose weight. Since he has moved to a new location out of the area. it's time for me to find a new PCP. I don't know where to start....HELP!
