My brother has a shunt and can't find a surgeon that has experience with this

I just had surgery 2 weeks ago and just told my family. I found out my younger brother has been trying for 2 years and even thou he qualifies and has been approved by insurance, he can't find a surgeon with experience in dealing with patients with a shunt. He lives in Nor Carolina but I'm sure he would travel to find someone capable of helping him.
