I'm SOOOOO cold!

I'm 7 months out from Roux en Y, and I am freezing! I stay cold all the time, even though I dress warmly. My hands especially are cold. What causes this and what can I do? My co-workers are going to kill me if I touch the thermostat again...they've promised me!
