Anyone know good exercise to help tone your thighs???
I was in a dressing room today trying on a smaller size pants just for fun (THEY FIT TOO!!), when I got a really good look at myself in the full length mirror. My thighs are totally disgusting. It's all gross flabbiness going on there. My mom is trying to tell me the only way to get rid of that is surgery....I disagree. Does anyone know of some good exercises that focus on toning the upper thigh region??
