Does anyone have information regarding Yoga

I have recently joined a yoga class with my 11 year old and my mother. I LOVE IT! I am trying to get information to present to the board where I work. I need to give a presentation to attempt to get them to kick in some money for the employee portion of the class. I have an instructor that will come to the facility and give classes for us. I work as an RN and think it would be beneficial for other co workers to be in the class. So...what I am asking for is some ammunition (or where to find it) to present to the board of directors why it would benefit the employees and why they should kick in a little money toward the class. All help would be appreciated. Thanks in advance to everyone.
