I have alot of fat and skin that hangs down from 6 abdominal surgeries for adheisons

Can the Dr do a tummy tuck while I'm having my surgery, I know my Insurance wouldn't pay for it later! If anyone has had this done please let me know. Thanks Sharon Thornton
