Has anyone been approved with Blue Cross of Idaho/Magic Valley Regional Medical Cente

My dad really needs and wants to have the WLS and I am hoping someone can tell us anything about this insurance--approval, denial, appeals, big cat fights, War? Thanks everyone--as usual You guys are the BEST!!
