Has anyone in latter 50's been approved by Medicare with a BMI of 36?

I am a 58 year old woman. I am 5'6" and weigh 220. I have severe osteoarthritis in my back cervical, and lumbosacral. I have the arthritis in my shoulders, elbows, hands (had carpal tunnel surgery in both wrists), knees, and have problems with my feet, also. I have good vitals. I am on Social Security Disability with Medicare my primary, and Aetna my secondary. I would truly appreciate any help.
